Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 November 2026

These terms govern your use of veilta.com, operated by Zhongshan Veilta Bio Technology Co., Ltd. ("Veilta", "we", "us"). They describe what you can expect from this website and what we expect from you when you use it.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of veilta.com, operated by Zhongshan Veilta Bio Technology Co., Ltd. ("Veilta", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

These terms cover the website only. Quotations, samples, tooling and production orders are governed by the written quotation, proforma invoice or supply agreement we issue for that order, which prevails over anything on this website.

2. Using this website

  • You may browse the site and submit inquiries for legitimate business purposes.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the site's operation, probe our infrastructure, or use automated tools to harvest content or contact details at a volume that degrades the service.
  • We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe the site is being misused.

3. Information on this website

Content on this site is general information about our capabilities. Product ranges, formats, MOQs, lead times, certifications and indicative prices are for guidance and may change; they become binding only when confirmed in a written quotation or order confirmation.

Regulatory and compliance information we publish (for example on cosmetic registration or labelling) is general guidance, not legal advice. You remain responsible for confirming that a product and its claims are compliant in your market before you sell it.

4. Intellectual property

The site, its text, images, layout and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for the purpose of evaluating our services. You may not copy, republish, scrape or use site content commercially without our prior written permission. Our name, logo and product names are our trademarks.

5. Content you send us

When you send artwork, brand assets, formulas, specifications or other materials, you confirm that you have the rights needed for us to use them for your project, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You grant us a limited licence to use that material solely to evaluate your inquiry, quote, sample and manufacture your order. We do not use your brand assets or formulas for other customers.

6. Inquiries, quotations and orders

Submitting the inquiry form or emailing us does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (for example by an accepted quotation or a proforma invoice) and, where agreed, the deposit is received.

Sample and tooling charges, MOQs, tolerances, lead times and payment terms are set out in the quotation for each project. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to orders placed with us unless we agree otherwise in writing.

7. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party platforms such as social media, messaging apps and map providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

8. Availability and warranties

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties relating to the website.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Our total liability in connection with your use of the website is limited to the amount you have paid us for that use, if any.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from material you send us that infringes third-party rights, or from your breach of these terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The courts of Zhongshan, Guangdong Province have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
