Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 November 2026

Zhongshan Veilta Bio Technology Co., Ltd. ("Veilta", "we", "us") operates veilta.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have — whether you are browsing or contacting us about OEM/ODM manufacturing.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Zhongshan Veilta Bio Technology Co., Ltd. ("Veilta", "we", "us") operates veilta.com and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

No. 839, Sunwen East Road, Torch Development Zone, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China

Email: service@veilta.com

2. What we collect

We only collect what you give us or what the web server records automatically:

  • Inquiry form — full name, company name, email address, the MOQ you are considering, and your message.
  • Correspondence — whatever you send us by email, WhatsApp or social media, including contact details and attachments such as artwork or specifications.
  • Server logs — IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and timestamps. These are recorded by our web server for security and troubleshooting.

3. What we do not collect

  • No accounts. This website has no customer login or registration, so we do not hold passwords or account profiles.
  • No analytics or advertising profiles. We do not currently run Google Analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking (see our Cookie Policy).
  • No special category data. Please do not send health information, ID numbers or other sensitive data through the inquiry form; we do not ask for it and do not need it to quote a project.

4. Why we use your data

  • To answer your inquiry and prepare quotes, samples and proposals — at your request, before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To fulfil orders and manage the business relationship — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest in protecting our systems (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To send relevant business updates, where permitted — legitimate interest, or your consent where consent is required (Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not set analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and the site does not write to browser storage. Nothing on this website depends on your consent for cookies, because no non-essential cookie is used. The one third-party embed (the map on our About page) and the choices you have are described in our Cookie Policy.

If we introduce analytics or advertising tools later, we will load them only after obtaining consent where the law requires it, provide a way to change your choice, and update this policy and the Cookie Policy before the change takes effect.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose it only to:

  • Our hosting provider, which runs the servers for this website.
  • Our email delivery provider, which transmits inquiry notifications and our replies.
  • Messaging platforms you choose to contact us on (for example WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok). Their own policies apply to that conversation.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers, where necessary.
  • Authorities, courts or regulators where we are legally required to disclose.
  • A successor entity if our business is merged, acquired or reorganised.

7. International transfers

We are based in China and your data is processed there, together with the locations where our service providers operate. Where data originating in the EEA or the UK is transferred outside those regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Where Chinese law applies, cross-border transfers are handled under the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), including separate consent and security assessment where required.

8. How long we keep data

  • Inquiry and quotation records — for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and generally no longer than 3 years after our last contact.
  • Server logs — for a short period, sufficient for security monitoring and fault diagnosis.
  • Longer retention only where the law requires it, or where needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. To exercise any of them, email us at the address in the Contact section below; we may ask for information to verify your identity, and we respond within one month.

  • EEA and UK (GDPR / UK GDPR) — access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
  • California (CCPA / CPRA) — to know what we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
  • China (PIPL) — to access and copy your personal information, to correct or complete it, to delete it, to withdraw consent, to request portability, and to complain to the competent Chinese authority.

10. How we protect data

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, access controls on our systems, and limiting who can see inquiry data. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our website and services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Automated decision-making

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

13. Links to other sites

This site links to third-party platforms and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version; material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
