This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies veilta.com uses, and what third parties may set when you open certain pages.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They are widely used to make sites work, to remember choices, and to measure how sites are used. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels.
veilta.com does not set analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and it does not write to your browser's local or session storage. We do not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels or any other cross-site tracking on this site.
Because we do not use non-essential cookies, the site does not ask you to accept anything, and blocking cookies will not break the parts of the site you use to browse products or send an inquiry.
One page embeds third-party content: the map on our About page is served by Google Maps. When you open that page, your browser connects to Google, which may receive your IP address and set its own cookies (for example to remember map preferences and to protect against abuse).
That embed appears on the About page only and does not load on the home page, product pages or the inquiry form. Google's handling of data is described in Google's own privacy and cookie policies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies specifically. Because this site does not rely on cookies, blocking them changes nothing about your ability to browse or contact us — the only effect is that the embedded map on the About page may not display.
Browser help pages: Chrome (Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies), Safari (Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data), Firefox (Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data), Edge (Settings → Cookies and site permissions).
We do not track you across sites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. We honour such signals in the sense that we never sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
If we introduce analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy before the change takes effect, list the cookies involved, and load them only after obtaining consent where the law requires it.
