OEM silicone nasolabial fold patches manufacturer. Private label smile line anti-wrinkle patches with full custom logo & pattern printing on silicone surface. GMP · FDA · ISO 22716. MOQ 1,000 pcs.
Product Description
Silicone nasolabial fold patches are reusable medical-grade silicone pads cut to sit over the nasolabial folds — the creases that run from the nose down to the mouth corners. Standard anti-wrinkle patches are designed for flat skin surfaces. On a curved fold, they gap at the edges and lose contact within the first hour. These are shaped for that specific anatomy, so contact holds.
The mechanism is physical. Silicone pressed against skin creates a sealed microclimate that raises local temperature slightly, slows transepidermal water loss, and signals collagen production at the site. Worn overnight, the patch mechanically flattens the crease while the skin hydrates from within. No actives needed — though a serum layer can be added for brands that want a medicated positioning.
01
Cleanse & Dry
Wash face and pat dry. Remove any serum or oil around the nasolabial fold area — silicone needs a clean, dry surface to adhere properly.
02
Position & Press
Align the patch along the nasolabial fold, from the nose wing down to the mouth corner. Press firmly for 5–10 seconds to activate adhesion.
03
Wear Overnight or 30–60 Minutes
Leave on for a minimum of 30 minutes. Overnight wear delivers the best results — the silicone microclimate works through the skin's natural repair cycle during sleep.
04
Peel Off & Clean
Peel off gently from one edge. Rinse the patch with mild soap and water, pat dry, and store flat for next use. Each patch lasts 20–30 uses with proper care.

Most anti-wrinkle silicone patches on the market are designed for the forehead or under-eye area. They are flat, rectangular, and sized for a smooth skin surface. Applied over the curved nasolabial fold, they gap at the edges, lose contact with the crease, and deliver maybe a third of the treatment they promise on the pack. Consumers notice. The reviews say "doesn't stick properly" or "shape doesn't fit" — and they don't reorder.
Our nasolabial fold patches are contoured specifically for this anatomy. The shape follows the curve from nose wing to mouth corner, maintaining full contact with the skin surface throughout the wear period. Full contact means the silicone microclimate stays intact, and the mechanical flattening effect actually works.
The custom print capability is the other differentiator. Any logo, brand pattern, or artwork can be printed directly onto the silicone surface via pad printing or debossing. The print survives repeated washing without peeling or fading. For brands in gifting, self-care, or K-beauty, that means a product people keep on their bathroom shelf and post about — not something they hide in a drawer.
VEILTA has been manufacturing OEM silicone patches since 2016 and currently supplies brands in 50+ countries. Our Guangdong facility holds active GMP, ISO 22716, FDA, and CE certifications.
Anti-aging and facial contouring brands targeting the 35–55 demographic are the primary buyer. This consumer is already using retinol, peptides, and SPF — they are looking for a targeted mechanical solution for a specific problem that topicals alone don't fix. They purchase through Sephora, Ulta, dermatologist offices, and DTC.
Gifting and self-care brands use the custom print capability to create branded, giftable products. A silicone patch with a brand's signature pattern or a seasonal print becomes a product people photograph and share — strong UGC potential and high perceived value relative to manufacturing cost.
K-beauty and J-beauty inspired brands respond to the reusable format and the customization options. The combination of eco-friendly credentials, distinctive aesthetics, and functional efficacy aligns well with the values-led purchasing behavior of this consumer base.
